There are some major shifts of energy happening this week, leaving many people feeling confused. I want to touch on some of the things you may be feeling to give some validation as well as understanding.

As we approached 2012 the energy began to shift. The veil is thinning, this means that our ability to see things not normally sensed by the normal senses is easier. It also means, the time between cause and effect has greatly shortened.

Let me explain, cause and effect is the time it takes for you to do, think, feel something and have it show up projected into your life. In recent times, the time between cause and effect was much longer. We would think, feel or do and we wouldn't see it's affects for days, weeks or even months. Manifesting was a little more difficult if we couldn't hold the focus.

Currently, when you think, feel, do anything, it is manifesting into your life rather rapidly. This major change can be a great blessing if you are focused on positive things. It can also be very detrimental if you are feeling sad, frustrated or anxious and continue to focus on that without purposefully shifting.

As a Psychic Advisor, it has created some challenges in doing readings. You see in the past, things moved slower. We could tap into the energy at hand and as long as the energy of the individual was pretty consistent, the outcome of a situation was predictable. I've talked to a few psychics who have said their readings are confusing them. They clearly see something happening and it heads in that direction then suddenly does a 180degree turn. They've asked me why I think that's happening.

Spirit has shown me that the reason for this is rather simple. Since time is speeding up, manifestations are also happening quicker. The things we are seeing or feeling as Psychics is based on the things the person is feeling, thinking, doing now. If they stay intent on having or being a certain way, then the path remains the same and the reading is fulfilled. If something comes along and throws them into doubt, confusion or negativity, it immediately manifests a major change in the outcome.

What does this mean if you are getting a Psychic reading or giving a Psychic reading? It means that it is imperative to stay conscious of your thoughts and feelings. If you are Psychic and giving readings, now you must look at more then just the first outcome you receive. It means you have to look at the other possible outcomes instead of just the probable one. I will write a future article on being Psychic and doing readings in 2012.

Does this mean a reading will not be accurate? No, it means that if you stay focused on controlling your mind, feelings and actions, keeping them on the current course, your reading will be accurate. The good news is this, if you don't like the outcome in any reading, shift your focus, change what your doing, feeling, thinking and you are automatically changing the outcome. This doesn't always work however if you are wanting a specific outcome with someone else. That is a whole other article.

For now, clear your mind, detach from situations which are creating a break in your own personal peace. Watch the video from last week if you need help detaching. Connect deeply with Self and keep a journal of your daily thought, feelings and actions. As you do this, you become more conscious of the energies you are personally working with.

Stay in the present moment, not the past, not the future, NOW! In the present moment you have the power to create the reality you desire.

I woke up this morning from a dream and realized it's been a while since I posted a blog. The dream was strange for sure and I only remember minute details. The one thing I clearly remember is someone asking me, "Do you know Bernadette's story". Not my story, Saint Bernadette.

I know the story well, she is someone I've seen as a role model to others facing hardships. Maybe because of my name I resonate with her, most likely though its other things. She was blessed with vision and stood alone. Interesting to note, On February 11, 1858 (yup tomorrow) marks the anniversary of the first visit she had with the Blessed Mother.

"St. Bernadette was born at Lourdes, France. Her parents were very poor and she herself was in poor health. One Thursday, February 11, 1858, when she was sent with her younger sister and a friend to gather firewood, a very beautiful Lady appeared to her above a rose bush in a grotto called Massabielle. The lovely Lady was dressed in blue and white. She smiled at Bernadette and then made the sign of the cross with a rosary of ivory and gold. Bernadette fell on her knees, took out her own rosary and began to pray the rosary. The beautiful Lady was God's Mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary. She appeared to Bernadette seventeen other times and spoke with her. She told Bernadette that she should pray sinners, do penance and have a chapel built there in her honor.

Many people did not believe Bernadette when she spoke of her vision. She had to suffer much. But one day Our Lady told Bernadette to dig in the mud. As she did, a spring of water began to flow. The next day it continued to grow larger and larger. Many miracles happened when people began to use this water. When Bernadette was older, she became a nun. She was always very humble. More than anything else, she desired not to be praised. Once a nun asked her if she had temptations of pride because she was favored by the Blessed Mother. "How can I?" she answered quickly. I hope you remember her tomorrow as we mark the anniversary of her first visions and visitations. She taught us how to overcome illness, pride and loneliness. She is an exemplary symbol of a healer.
