Many
people ask me about manifestation, what it means and how to
do it. Webster defines it as "Clearly apparent; or something
that reveals something else". Personally I like that what
we manifest does reveal something else. It is a positive not
a negative. Sometimes when we are walking through our daily
lives we think we have it all together. Then one morning we
wake with a sore throat, again. The physical is manifesting
the emotional. When we repress our emotions or hold back on
saying things to others about our feelings, we repress. When
we repress from our throats, WHAMO our bodies tell us that
we need to speak out and express ourselves.
We
are solely responsible for our own lives and what we are going
through. We constantly manifest things without consciously
being aware of it. For instance, I worry about paying my bills
every month. The result, I have no money to pay my bills.
Fear and worry is the act of creating lack not abundance.
It is the very thing we focus on the most that we create.
If I constantly focus on what I don't have, I will only manifest
more of that thing I don't have. This applies to money, love,
career and health, basically everything.
To
be a conscious Co-Creator with God and the Universe, we must
be totally aware of what we are creating. Thoughts and images
in our minds create a whole reality that manifests in our
physical world. If I fear disease, I will manifest that very
disease I fear. If I fear being RICH, I will never have money.
If I worry about being POOR, I will only remain poor. You
see what we focus on and react to emotionally is what we create.
The
exercises here are done on a creative visualization level,
both using thoughts, and the written word. The Written word
has 100 times the power to manifest things then the spoken
word. If you don't believe me, think of the Bible, God's written
word that has lasted for centuries. It was no mistake that
God gave Moses his decrees and told him to write it down.
Neither was it by coincidence that Daniel was told to write
down his visions of prophecy. The written word is a clear
intent and focus of energies. That is why when you read a
book it is easy to emotionally relate to the characters. The
words create a world of their own. When we speak we have many
things in our minds competing for attention. When we write
we can clearly express our desires without mixed intent.
In
order to create and manifest our desires, we must first face
our deepest fears. In this first section begin by getting
out a sheet of paper. On one side of the paper begin by listing
what your fears are. The following is an example:
Not enough money to pay my bills, If I were rich I would
be a greedy person, I can't support myself, I am not strong
enough, There are a lot of diseases out there, I am not good
enough, I am not pretty enough, I am not thin enough, I am
not worthy, I will lose my house, job, car, He/She will cheat
on me if I trust them, I will be alone forever
Get the Idea? Now with each fear, concern or belief you write,
you need to replace it with a positive that you can believe.
For instance:
I always have plenty of money to meet my needs and desires,
I am always generous, kind and compassionate, I am always
loved, guided and supported by the Universe and God, I am
able to handle all of life's lessons easily and effortlessly,
I am 100% healthy and vital
GET THE IDEA???? Good now take the sheet with the fears on
them and say a little prayer like this. "Dear God, I give
you my fears and worries, I no longer need them. Take the
energy from these fears and turn it into positive energy for
the good of all". Now burn the paper with fears on it and
let it go for good. Read your list of new beliefs every day
for 31 days, in the morning and at night.
